The organisation had grown across several mandates, each communicating on its own terms. The brief was not a new identity but a system for the existing one: a clear hierarchy, a defined voice, and rules that hold wherever a document is made.

The result is a documented system covering typography, colour, layout and tone, with templates for the formats used most often — so teams produce their own material without briefing the studio each time.
